Cooking
Basic cooking
This is sort of a headcanon skill as we don't actually see him doing it (the girls compete a lot, or Souji cooks for other people, or they all hang out in restaurants) but he lives alone with his Ma, who runs a business by herself and I can't imagine him just being like "eh she can make my dinners and breakfasts and lunches", especially because he eats a LOT. Also it's Kanji and he loves homemaking skills and I can't imagine him NOT knowing basic cooking ffff. It's not going to be GOSH THE BEST THING EVER but it's probably going to be enjoyable enough.
