I know for a fact it's going to be a slow day at work so putting up a QUESTION MEME before I run out the door! For Kanji, Hisoka, and Rolo.

Nnnnot really! I think KK and Hisoka are pretty stable PILLARS OF EACH OTHER'S WORLDS at this point in hilarious ways. Hisoka relies on her but in an independant way (which I'm p. sure is also vice versa), loves her, is perfectly comfortable making fun of her, and just generally enjoys spending time with her. He's obviously going through some emotional instability lately but it's the constant and comfortable presence of Emerald, and particularly KK, which keeps his ability to cope and function so high. He's happy for her that he found out she helped fix her world, and was completely serious about dragging her back to the office if she wanted to go (though he's also not getting himself too emotionally attached to the idea, what with him also considering it a good chance she'd want to go derp all over Lloyd instead, or wander off to other interesting fields). One way or another it's at the point where imagining her not in his life is just WEIRD though so he tries not to.

Nope none. A lot about her world view has changed, but not on the people in that world, which is interesting. She was super touched that he offered but she isn't sure if she is too dangerous for other people's worlds so she's not sure about any of that. There's a lot of insecurity for her atm. But she is super secure in her relationship with Hisoka, super comfortable, and generally very happy about it.

If you did a heart game for Hisoka what would it be like :3c

Kanji's first impression of Shion?

Nothing particularly strong, tbh! She seems level-headed and friendly and in control without being super pushy, which means he doesn't have an automatic AUGH HOW DO I GIRL??? at her, and he'd definitely greet her in passing and so on, but he didn't come away with a strong impression of who she is or how she acts, or any strong impression of her personality. He probably felt closest to her when she yelled at the forest because that was also his impulse haha.

Hisoka loves Hermana like a sister at this point and would definitely go all-out for her, and I figure they are still doing regular lessons together. General warm there! More so than ever after hearing about her son etc though that's a little like "lol this could be awk glad it isn't..."

Kanji needs to remember to grab Hermana sometime and ask what it was that she'd wanted to talk to him about! He felt bad that being fishes was traumatic for her because he loved being fishes. LOVED. BEING FISHES. FISHES ROCK, MAN. But he tried to be sensitive of her at the time but oh no how do I!1

Rolo doesn't necessarily have the best grasp of... people as people... so he views Hermana as a convenient/friendly way to get quests hahaha. He'd talk with her more though; it's not a problem specific to her so much as a depersonalization of everyone until they find some way to make him relate to them.

Hisoka is very comfortable with Ginshu generally. He understands there's a lot of srs business there but he feels (correctly or not) like Ginshu's the sort who would be more uncomfortable to be pushed on it, so instead he lets it be and just sort of hangs out when she's around. I guess she's sort of like the 'sibling's significant other' role in terms of type of affection. He would be up for a double date haha.

Kanji loev Ginshu. He like -- barely knows her on a personal level, hilariously; he really keeps intending to talk more but then just SOMETHING TRAUMATIC COMES UP and she is always there for him. He doesn't blame Coral for the game at allll and is just grateful that she was there when he was angry about it. He gonna level up to take out the boss, Ginshu. Basically he wants to get to know her better under better circumstances.

I don't think Rolo knows Ginshu unless I'm forgetting sssomething.

First impressions! Also your character team colors look pretty together. :U

Oh gosh they do.

Uhhh no real change for Hisoka and Natsume! He likes Natsume, he finds Natsume a very comfortable personality to be around, and he appreciates Natsume showing him honesty and trust (although if Natsume had been more withdrawn he wouldn't be offended). Hisoka is extremely open about his personal issues and problems but doesn't necessarily expect others to be the same; if they are, that is cool too, but he's kind of moved that Natsume ISN'T, necessarily, yet still showed him that trust. He's interested in Natsume and would like to get to know him better.

Am I forgetting anyone/anything... otherwise, back at you!

RELATIONSHIPS for Kanji and Timi + Hisoka and Mithos if you wanttt?

Kanji & Timi - OH NO IT'S CUTE ... in a nutshell. Kanji doesn't know Timi well but thinks she is adorable! Both physically because adorable and what he knows of her personality!! SHE'S ADORABLE!!! Kanji wants to hang out and fawn on her ALL THE TIME NOW OKAY and I am sure they will get to be closer as people as a result.

Hisoka & Mithos - Haven't been hanging out lately onscreen but there's been no real change from Hisoka's perspective, at least. He thinks Mithos is a good guy who has been discovering an absolutely lousy past which obviously he's going to feel guilty over and it's probably a GOOD thing he feels guilty over something like that, as long as he keeps coping. He feels awk since the Asuka thing since oh gosh Emerald is probably a huge reminder of that, but still likes him. Would like to hang out with him again.

TALK TO ME ABOUT ME ROLO

Rolo likes Mukuro, for a more restrained version of 'like' than he usually gets when he actually likes somebody (because Mukuro himself is so non-demonstrative, basically). He is VERY VERY interested by Mukuro. Mukuro has the rare privilege of being someone he can actually relate to and have relate to him, even though they're very different in how they do approach and feel about things. Because of this, having Mukuro in his life is a huge relief to Rolo of the pressure that constantly builds up on him. Beyond that, Mukuro himself in his dealings with Rolo has been undemanding of things that would be troublesome but offering enough laid-back affection that Rolo himself doesn't feel ...left out, I guess, of what Mukuro is thinking and feeling.

He's very prepared if he needs to to kill Mukuro someday -- he's aware that Mukuro is a murderous sadist and thus is pretty sure that if he misjudges things or if they go sour he or Turquoise will become a target just for the shits and giggles and Mukuro not wanting to have wasted any of the energy he's put into being Rolo's buddy. Hell, one of the reasons he's questing for a knife is a safety measure in case things like his relationship with Mukuro go sour. But at the same time it's worth the risk for him! He just. Likes hanging around Mukuro.

Mukuro was one of the few people who had an (item) manifestation in his heart on the 'want' table. He wants to be able to be around Mukuro and be this equal, understood figure, he wants a friend! As much as he doesn't really... have a concept of 'friend' so actually typing that out makes me feel like 'NO THAT'S WRONG' but I think it's similar for Mukuro so you know what I mean. He had been moderately insecure but people in his heart made him much more secure and less afraid to take the risks that Mukuro would drop him so he just wants to go hang out with Mukuro. IN ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION THE OTHER DAY THEY ARE BUDS. Definitely Mukuro saying things like "We'll discover it together" does give him a bit of a heart-skip because he is wanteddddd haha goddd.

He does know this could lead to trouble sometime (Breeze not liking Mukuro, knowing Mukuro has acted out against members of Peridot) but for now he's not bothering to think about that because he can't predict it anyway and it's too much trouble to think it through.

Any first impressions whatsoever of Echo?

Not terribly big ones, to be honest. She's Turquoise which gives her an automatic 'in-group' pass right now, and she seems enough like him that he wonders about her, but his degree of being actively interested in people who aren't actively interested in him is low (which is a terrible self-perpetuating cycle of disinterest haha). That will probably amp up when he finds out about Noise or if she does something of interest to him.

Relationship me?

No major changes, I think! Hisoka's feeling a lot closer to Itachi now that they've talked -- not necessarily in a demonstrative way so much as just. Closer. Like he gets a bit more of where Itachi's coming from and why he's feeling the way he does and he's moved by Itachi's trust to talk to him. It's a shitty situation with no right answer for what Itachi will remember and Hisoka feels for that, too, without trying to mentally absolve Itachi or anything. He hopes to be there with him more in the future, both in emotional situations and just normal everyday ones.

He's ... much more comfortable being in a relationship with another guy lately and that's sort of transposing over to more physical affection and just loving on.
